CHEKAAM LEGAL
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Use describe the rules for accessing and using Chekaam. By using Chekaam, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing Chekaam, requesting a demo, or using any Chekaam service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for yourself or your business and that you agree to these Terms.
Demo requests and account access
Chekaam does not provide public self-service signup. Access may be provided after a demo request, review, onboarding, or other approval process. We may accept, decline, suspend, or revoke access where necessary to protect the platform, users, or business records.
Business data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, sales records, expenses, invoices, customer details, and payment details entered into Chekaam. Chekaam provides tools to organize records, but it does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You must not use Chekaam for unlawful activity, fraudulent records, unauthorized access, abuse of platform systems, reverse engineering, attempts to disrupt service, or activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Payments and providers
Where Chekaam supports payment requests or payment tracking, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Provider availability, settlement, fees, reversals, disputes, and verification may be subject to the provider's own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or business owners. Continued use of Chekaam after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
